Overview
At Car Life Motors (MIROVERA LIMITED), we prioritize customer satisfaction by ensuring full
transparency in our sales process. We recognize that purchasing a vehicle is a
major financial commitment, and we are dedicated to providing fair and legally
compliant refund and return policies. This policy outlines the circumstances
under which refunds and returns may be considered, ensuring a clear and legally
sound process for all transactions.
1. RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
1.1 Returns for Used & Imported Vehicles
- All vehicle sales are final. Due to the nature of vehicle sales, returns are not accepted once the vehicle has been registered in the buyer’s name.
- If a major undisclosed defect is identified that significantly affects the vehicle’s safety, performance, or legal roadworthiness, a resolution may be offered. This may include repairs, a replacement vehicle, or a refund, subject to an independent third-party inspection.
- Minor cosmetic imperfections, normal wear and tear, or issues covered under the manufacturer’s or dealer’s warranty are not grounds for a refund or return.
1.2 Order Cancellations (Before Collection/Delivery)
- Customers may cancel their vehicle purchase before taking possession of the car (before collection or delivery) within 7 business days of signing the agreement.
- A cancellation fee of 10% of the total purchase price may apply to cover administrative, restocking, and processing costs.
- If the vehicle has already been registered in the buyer’s name, cancellation will not be permitted.
2. REFUND ELIGIBILITY
Refunds will only be considered under the following exceptional circumstances:
- The vehicle has a severe mechanical defect that was not disclosed at the time of purchase and renders the vehicle unroadworthy.
- A certified third-party inspection confirms the defect or safety issue.
- Legal misrepresentation or fraud is identified in the sale process.
- The vehicle fails to meet Cyprus’ road safety regulations due to undisclosed defects.
If a refund is approved, MIROVERA LIMITED will process the refund within 7 business
days, using the original payment method or an alternative arrangement agreed
upon by both parties.
3. NON-REFUNDABLE SITUATIONS
Refunds or returns will not be granted in the following situations:
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Buyer’s failure to secure financing, insurance, or registration.
- Any modifications, damages, or excessive wear and tear caused after purchase.
- Minor cosmetic imperfections or issues that do not impact the vehicle’s core functionality.
- Issues that are covered under an applicable manufacturer’s or dealer’s warranty.
- Vehicle issues arising due to misuse, neglect, or improper maintenance by the buyer.
4. VEHICLE INSPECTION & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
- Customers must report any disputes within 7 days of the purchase date.
- If a defect is claimed, the buyer must arrange for a professional inspection at an authorized service center to verify the claim.
- If MIROVERA LIMITED determines that the vehicle qualifies for a refund, the refund amount will be adjusted based on vehicle depreciation, usage, and any outstanding charges.
5. WARRANTY & REPAIR OPTIONS
- Most vehicles include a 6-month or a 12 month limited warranty covering essential mechanical and electrical components.
- In the event of an issue, customers are required to use their warranty coverage for repairs before requesting a refund.
- Any approved repairs will be conducted at MIROVERA LIMITEDs’ authorized service centers.
- Extended warranty options may be available at the time of purchase.
